Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and APIs
• Support project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of deliverables
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, SOW, product backlogs, wireframes, and process flows
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Monitor project progress and help identify risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Ensure solutions meet quality standards and business objectives
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve systems, processes, and workflows

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business/Management, or any related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Software Development, or Project Management roles
• Experience in requirements elicitation (client-facing, remote, and on-site) and translating business needs into functional and technical solutions
• Proficiency in documentation such as BRD, SOW, product backlogs, feature mapping, wireframes, process flows, and data dictionaries
• Strong background in software development using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar frameworks)
• Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., Angular) and developing/consuming RESTful APIs
• Working knowledge of Go (Golang), Oracle APEX, or microservices architecture is an advantage
• Familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
• Experience using version control tools such as Git
• Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies and SDLC practices
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders and project teams
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and processes
