The Developer Analyst will be part of the development team, which will have the responsibility for supporting and enhancing MS SQL Databases, Web development and WPF API, and home built custom applications using Microsoft .NET technology. Utilizing a Software Development Life Cycle, the Software developer will work with technical and non-technical associated in defining business and technical requirements to develop new functions or redesign/consolidate existing processes. 

• Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle. 
• Develop features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, testing and deployment. 
• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how customers use them. 
• Provide engineering support when building, deploying, configuring and supporting systems for customers. 
• Participate with the engineering and operations teams to define plans for standardizing, scaling and enhancing our products and the services utilized to deploy/install/release those products. 
• Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements, upgrades and modifications.
• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions. 
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. 
• Conduct the presentation of solutions, system modules and objectives, and demonstration to provide clear understanding of the developed project.
• Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. 
• Improves operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures. 
• Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues. 
• Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed. 
• Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
• Maintain the consistency of the servers’ processes and supports, and its high availability function to prevent loss of data integrity.
• Monitor the daily process and performance of the SQL servers, practice of data governance and database management.
• Collaborate with the specialized team based on the needed requirements to utilize the objectives of the activities and processes.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS IT) or any related course.
• Strong experience using modern C#/ASP.NET (.NET Core, .NET 6+).
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript frontend frameworks (AngularJS, ReactJS, Blazor).
• Strong experience with SQL Server or other database, using Entity Framework or other ORM.
• Complete understanding of application development life cycle, and skilled in technical design.
• Knowledge of REST API development using ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Utilize Git for version control, ensuring a clean and efficient codebase.
• Participate actively in Agile practices, including Scrum meetings and sprints.
• Ability to accurately collect requirements and estimating the efforts involved. 
• Effective in verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work on night shift and/or shifting, rotational schedule and/or during holidays.
