RF Design Lead Engineer

Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: 30k-45k

Job Summary:
The RF Design Engineer is responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing radio frequency (RF) circuits and systems used in wireless communication equipment. The role ensures that RF designs meet performance, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop RF circuits and components such as amplifiers, filters, and antennas
Perform RF simulations, testing, and troubleshooting
Analyze RF performance and recommend design improvements
Support product testing, validation, and integration
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare technical documentation and reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and manufacturing
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in RF Design, IBS/DAS projects, or telecom network performance engineering.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of RF principles and wireless communication
Experience with RF design and test tools (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and documentation skills

REQUIRED Skills:
Experience in RF simulation software (ex. iBwave)
Familiarity with wireless standards (e.g., LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi)
Hands-on experience in RF testing and debugging
