We’re looking for a Design Engineer to join our team! If you have experience in telecom or fiber optic design and enjoy both fieldwork and technical drafting, this role might be for you. You’ll be handling site surveys, creating design plans, and supporting fiber optic infrastructure projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct site/field surveys for fiber optic (FTTH/OSP) or wireless infrastructure
• Capture data, take photos, and identify possible obstacles on-site
• Create design plans including HLD and LLD using AutoCAD, KMZ, and GIS tools
• Prepare survey reports, BOQ, detailed drawings, and fiber link loss budgets
• Develop fiber core assignment diagrams for new and expansion areas
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all design outputs

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate or Undergraduate of BS ECE, BS IT, or any related course
• With 1–3 years of experience in OSP design, survey, or telecom/fiber projects
• Knowledgeable in FTTH/OSP, aerial, and underground cable design
• Proficient in AutoCAD and GIS mapping tools
• Detail-oriented and willing to do fieldwork
