Job Summary

The Resident Doctor – Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine is responsible for providing medical consultations, diagnosing and managing common dermatologic conditions, performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures within the scope of practice, and ensuring safe, ethical, and high-quality patient care. The Resident Doctor works under the supervision of the Medical Director or Consultant Dermatologist and collaborates with the clinical team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid and current PRC Physician License.
• At least 1–2 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner or Resident Physician.
• BLS and ACLS Certification (preferred if not required).
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to undergo specialized training in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.

Preferred

• Training or certification in Aesthetic Medicine.
• Experience in dermatology, cosmetic medicine, or skin laser procedures.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent bedside manner and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards.
