Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage comprehensive implant dentistry services, including pre-operative assessments, treatment planning, surgical placement (Stage I/II), and post-operative restorative guidance, ensuring strict adherence to safety and clinical protocols.
• Develop personalized, scientifically sound treatment plans for complex cases by integrating CBCT imaging and detailed oral evaluations. Collaborate closely with prosthodontists, periodontists, and other specialists to ensure holistic patient care.
• Strictly adhere to the clinic’s quality control standards and sterile operating procedures. Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient medical records to guarantee medical safety.
• Establish strong doctor-patient relationships through clear, empathetic, and thorough communication. Effectively explain treatment options, potential risks, and expected outcomes to ensure informed patient consent.
• Actively participate in internal case discussions, academic exchanges, and continuous professional development to enhance both personal expertise and the overall clinical capabilities of the team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dentistry from an accredited medical institution, along with a valid Dental Practitioner License and relevant implantology certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in implant dentistry. Proficiency in operating and applying mainstream implant systems (e.g., Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Osstem, etc.) is required.
• Demonstrate a solid theoretical foundation in oral anatomy, biomechanics, and aesthetic restoration. Must be capable of independently performing routine to moderately complex implant surgeries. Prior experience in full-arch/half-arch rehabilitation, immediate implant placement, or sinus lift procedures is highly preferred.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong patient-centric mindset. Ability to handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
