Responsibilities

• Fabricate dental prostheses, including crowns, bridges, dentures, veneers, implants, and orthodontic appliances based on dentists' prescriptions.
• Read and interpret dental impressions, models, and laboratory work orders accurately.
• Prepare, pour, trim, and articulate dental models using plaster and other dental materials.
• Design, shape, and finish dental restorations using ceramic, acrylic, metal, zirconia, and composite materials.
• Operate CAD/CAM systems, 3D scanners, milling machines, and other dental laboratory equipment (if applicable).
• Repair, adjust, and modify removable and fixed dental prostheses.
• Ensure all dental appliances meet quality, accuracy, and aesthetic standards before delivery.
• Perform polishing, glazing, finishing, and staining of dental restorations.
• Maintain proper documentation of laboratory cases and production records.
• Follow infection control protocols and laboratory safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain and calibrate dental laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with dentists and other laboratory personnel to ensure timely completion of cases.
• Inspect completed restorations for proper fit, function, and appearance.
• Organize and maintain laboratory materials, instruments, and inventory.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
