1. Patient Care and Interaction:

- Greet and assist patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease.

Maintain a reassuring and compassionate chairside manner to ease patient anxiety.

2. Clinical Assistance:

-Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment for procedures.

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials.

-Take and process panoramic and cephalometric xrays, including maintaining radiographic equipment and safety protocols.

- Perform basic laboratory procedures such as mixing dental materials and taking impressions.

- Provide post-operative care instructions to patients.

3. Infection Control and Safety:

- Maintain strict infection control protocols by cleaning and disinfecting treatment rooms and equipment.

- Properly dispose of contaminated materials and manage hazardous waste.

- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, including proper handling of chemicals.

4. Administrative Tasks:

Regular inventory of materials and disposables in treatment room assignedAsking dentists to make job orders for laboratory worksTroubleshooting wifi, tv, tablet, machinesAsking patients to sign general consent forms5. Radiology:- Operate and maintain dental radiographic equipment, following safety guidelines.- Process and mount dental X-rays for interpretation by the dentist.

• Bachelor's degree in any course
• At least 1 year of experience is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
• Preferably proficient in dental procedures, terminology, and equipment.
• Understanding of oral anatomy and dental hygiene practices.
• Strong knowledge of sterilization techniques and infection control protocols.
• Background in the healthcare industry (nursing, pharmacy, dentistry undergrad, etc.) is a plus.
