I. Job Summary

The Inventory/Replenishment Manager reports to AVP Inventory/Replenishment. Primary responsible for Inventory, forecasting, new products availability, promotions and People Management.

II. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage Days inventory and purchases

2. Forecasting/Forward Buying

3. Training and development Management

4. Inventory Management

5. Oversees the maintenance of the Replenishment and MMS System

III. Competencies

1. Supply Chain and Strategic Planning

2. Detail and process oriented

3. Must be very analytical

4. Demand Planning / Forecasting

5. Strong communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills

6. Capability to train new personnel

7. Ability to manage and function in a dynamic environment while handling multiple assignments

• Graduate of any four (4) years course, preferably Computer Science or Industrial Engineering graduate.
• With background in Demand Planning/forecasting. Prefer to know such as Merchandising Systems and Replenishment System.
