TL AISA:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred

Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities

Knowledge of forecasting techniques and models

Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts

Lead the monthly demand planning process

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams

Analyze historical sales data and market trends

Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust as needed

Identify supply chain risks and opportunities

Maintain forecasting tools and systems

Report on KPIs related to demand planning

Support inventory optimization initiatives

Participate in S&OP meetings
