Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques and models
• Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts
• Lead the monthly demand planning process
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams
• Analyze historical sales data and market trends
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust as needed
• Identify supply chain risks and opportunities
• Maintain forecasting tools and systems
• Report on KPIs related to demand planning
• Support inventory optimization initiatives
• Participate in S&OP meetings
