Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive ordered stocks from the stock staff before departure.
• Inspect all stocks for damages prior to loading them into the MR motorcycle.
• Properly arrange and secure stocks inside the motorcycle cooler box.
• Check available inventory levels at each assigned store.
• Deliver and unload the ordered quantity accurately to each store.
• Allow store owners or representatives to count and inspect delivered stocks.
• Arrange products in the display area following the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method based on embossed dates.
• Clean the display area before placing new stocks.
• Display promotional posters and materials when necessary.
• Pull out and return empty cases from stores, if any.
• Collect payments from stores and remit cash collections to the authorized personnel after completing the route.
• Open and develop new store accounts as required.
• Complete all Mini Route Daily Reports accurately and on time.
• Accomplish the vehicular report during the course of the route.
• Clean and maintain the MR motorcycle at the center after finishing the daily route.
• Attend regular and emergency meetings as required by management.

Job Requirements

• At least college level or took a vocational course
• With valid motorcycle driver’s license
• Physically fit and capable of handling product loading and unloading
• Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to travel within assigned routes
