SUMMARY:

The Warehouse Delivery Driver & Helper is the designated secondary driver for deliveries

of purchase orders to key accounts, events, and other logistical requirements of Organica Nutrition. On days when only one delivery vehicle is required, the position holder serves as the delivery helper, assisting the primary driver and ensuring that all delivery documentation and cargo are complete and accurate. On days without delivery requirements, the role also provides general support to warehouse operations, including inventory counts, audits, and stock organization activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery Driving

• Serve as the secondary driver on days when Organica Nutrition requires two vehicles for deliveries.     
• Operate company vehicles safely and in strict compliance with traffic laws, road safety practices, and company drivingpolicies.      
• Report any maintenance issues or mechanical concerns regarding company vehicles promptly to the supervisor.
• Maintain the condition of company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, roadworthy, and in good working order at all times.

2. Delivery Assistance (Helper)

• Assist the primary driver on days when Organica Nutrition requires only one vehicle for deliveries.
• Ensure that delivery documentation (POs, SIs, Delivery Receipts, etc.) for each delivery is complete and accurate.  
• Ensure that items loaded for outgoingdeliveries are complete and that quantities are accurate based on the documentation held, before leaving the warehouse premises.    
• Assist the Events Team during event ingress and egress.    
• Ensure that items loaded for return to the warehouse are complete and accurate based on supporting documentation (Event Forms, etc.), before leaving the event premises.

3. General Warehouse Support

• Assist during inventory counts, audits, and stock organization activities on days without delivery requirements.
• Perform other tasks related to warehouse operations as assigned (e.g., picking, production, events preparation, material recovery and maintenance).  
• Follow company policies, safety rules, and housekeeping standards at all times.

4. Vehicle and Equipment Care

• Conduct routine pre-trip checks of company vehicles (e.g., tires, lights, fluid levels) before deliveries.
• Properly use and store delivery-related tools and equipment (e.g., hand trucks, straps, pallet jacks).
•  Immediately report any vehicle damage, accidents, or incidents to the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills (Summary)

• High school graduate or equivalent
• At least 5 years of driving experience, with a valid Driver's License
• Reliable, honest, consistent, and routine-oriented
• Physical stamina to handle loading, unloading, and general warehouse tasks     
• Working knowledge of traffic rules, defensive driving, and basic vehicle upkeep  
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to verify documentation and shipment/delivery accuracy      
• Willing and able to assist with general warehouse duties on non-delivery days
