Day-to-Day Job Functions

• Picking up shipments: Collecting packages, meals, or items from warehouses, hubs, restaurants, or store locations.
• Safe navigation & driving: Operating a motorcycle or scooter safely following traffic laws, using GPS to find the fastest routes, and avoiding heavy traffic.
• Doorstep delivery: Handing over orders directly to customers politely, verifying recipient details, and obtaining proof of delivery (digital sign-offs or photos).
• Handling COD payments: Collecting cash on delivery accurately when required and remitting payments at the end of the shift.
• Inspecting & securing cargo: Checking that items match order sheets before leaving, securing packages tightly in delivery bags or top boxes to prevent damage.
• Vehicle upkeep: Performing basic daily checks on tire pressure, fuel, brakes, and lights to ensure the vehicle is safe for the road.
