PURPOSE STATEMENT

• Facilitates timely processing of approved sales orders and invoicing

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

List of deliverables/key result areas and the critical activities or processes involved in the achievement of the job deliverables or results so that the job purpose is fulfilled.

• Process import arrivals and post Goods Receipts in the ERP.
• Verify and post stock transfers (outbound and inbound).
• Update Sales when stocks are available for selling.
• Process customer orders, deliveries, sales invoices, credit memos, and returns.
• Review delivery documents and prepare Incident Reports for discrepancies or customer claims.
• Turn over accountable documents to Accounting and maintain proper filing.
• Process inter-warehouse inventory transfers.
• Perform daily and weekly inventory reconciliations with 3PL warehouses.
• Verify cold storage billing and prepare Cost Recovery Advice (CRA).
• Ensure accurate documentation, ERP transactions, and compliance with company procedures.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Saturday: Half-day
