- Database Management: Administer, monitor, and optimize Maximo databases (Oracle, SQL, Postgres), ensuring high availability and performance for asset management.
- Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize SQL queries, and tune configurations for efficiency.
- Data Management: Lead data migration, handle imports/exports, manage archiving, and maintain data quality.
- Security & Compliance: Configure security settings, manage access, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues, diagnose integration problems (e.g., ServiceNow), and manage daily production issues.
- Upgrades & Maintenance: Plan and execute system upgrades, apply patches, and manage environment changes (e.g., Dev, Test, Prod).
- Disaster Recovery (DR): Implement and test backup/restore procedures and DR plans.
- Collaboration: Work with business analysts and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
