Solutions Strategy Manager

The Solutions Strategy Manager supports the Strategy leader in developing and scaling the Future of Work Strategy by facilitating strategic planning, workforce intelligence initiatives, and stakeholder engagement. The role includes program management, implementing workforce foresight methodologies, and creating learning programs to build foresight capabilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with top Stakeholders for the Business Services tower, translating corporate strategies into Programs for a broad portfolio of internal clients.

> Bachelor’s degree graduate in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Workforce Strategy, Economics, Organizational Development, or related field.

> 4+ years of experience in strategic workforce planning in multi-cultural teams, workforce analytics, foresight methodologies, or business intelligence functions supporting executive leadership.

> Change management

>Experience working with SOPs, KPIs and contract management

> Excellent organizing skills. Program and project management.

> Ability to manage and make decisions in ambiguous environments

> Strong people management skills x culture

> Project Management Professional (PMP), Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), or equivalent foresight-related certifications are preferred

> Experience in workforce analytics, foresight, or HR strategy, with focus on future talent planning and workforce optimization

> Knowledge of scenario planning, labor market trends, and AI-driven workforce modeling

> Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional workforce initiatives and data-driven projects

> Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels and geographies

> Experience leading projects involving data integration, technology adoption, and operational execution

> Ability to translate workforce data into strategic insights for decision-making

> Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

> Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
