Job Requirements

Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.

Open to foreign nationals, can process a working visa.

Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent.

Familiarity with accounting systems such as SAP and other similar platforms.

Proficient in basic office applications, including MS Office tools, and experience using additional project management tools and Visio for documentation and process mapping.

Responsibilities

Prepares, reviews, and submits regular monitoring reports covering all processed requests, including both approved and declined cases.

Conducts routine account reconciliation, clean-up, and maintenance for customer and vendor records within assigned markets, while supervising team members managing similar activities in less complex regions.

Acts as the primary point of contact (POC) for operational matters and inquiries related to designated non-complex markets.

Maintains high standards of accuracy and ensures all processed transactions comply with company policies, procedures, and internal control guidelines.
