Job Title: Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

A. Design and Implement data ingestion pipelines

• Lead data take design / structure
• Create automated process to collect, aggregate, and ingest data from different sources across departments.

B. Ensure data quality and establish governance

• Standardize processes (which could include report generation or operations related processes) and coordinate implementation with business process owners
• Establish policies and measures on data access, security, privacy, and usage

C. Maintenance & Optimization

• Assess end-to-end process workflows, identify inefficiencies and optimize processes
• Configure for scalability and cost-effectiveness

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in any following fields?

1. Data Science
2. Computer Science
3. Engineering (Industrial, Computer, or related)

• Strong analytical capability and data storytelling
• High proficiency in SQL and any of the following, Google Data Studio, Power BI, AWS Cloud Systems.
• AI experience is an advantage
• Expertise in continuous improvement tools and structured problem solving
• Ability to lead improvement activities independently
• High-confidence in cross-functional communication
