Position: Aqua Data Coordinator

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Aqua Data Coordinator to support aquaculture data collection and monitoring. The role involves working closely with aquaculture farmers and field personnel to gather, record, and manage accurate market and farm data.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather complete data from aquaculture farmer customers using approved templates.

- Conduct regular field visits to update and validate collected data.

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all collected information before submission.

- Encode and update customer data in databases (e.g., Excel spreadsheets).

Maintain organized records of collected data.

- Ensure timely submission of reports based on the required reporting schedule.

- Communicate and coordinate regularly with the Project Lead based on the agreed reporting cadence.

- Work closely with farmers, field personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data collection.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related field.

- At least with 3 to 5 years experience in field data collection, farm surveys, or customer record management is an advantage.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or data entry systems.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication skills when dealing with farmers and field personnel.

- Ability to drive manual four wheels vehicles with professional Driver's License

- Field-oriented role with regular interaction with aquaculture farmers and government agencies.

- Willing to be assigned to different locations where market data is needed.
