• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience handling a Healthcare Account in the BPO industry
• With experience as a QA
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig or Makati
• Open to shifting schedules

Job Description:

• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct audits on calls, chats, and other customer service channels
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents based on quality findings
• Identify trends, gaps, and areas for process improvement
• Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to improve overall service quality
• Prepare and submit regular quality reports and performance insights
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and client requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
