Trainer

We are hiring a Trainer to join a fast-growing BPO team in Pasig City. This is a full onsite role on a night shift schedule, ideal for experienced BPO professionals ready to step into a learning and development function.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire training and onboarding programs
• Conduct classroom and/or virtual training sessions
• Deliver product, process, and communication training
• Coach and support trainees during nesting/on-the-job training
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Assist in updating training materials and modules
• Support continuous learning and performance development initiatives

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as a Trainer in a BPO or related industry
• Open to undergraduate candidates
• Experience as Trainer, SME, QA, or Team Lead (coaching exposure preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable handling classroom training and facilitation
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City and night shift schedule

Preferred Experience

• BPO training, coaching, or mentoring experience
• Background in voice, chat, or blended accounts
• Exposure to performance coaching and agent development
