As a valued team member, you will play an important role ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data entry and account maintenance. You will sit at the center of our back-office operations serving as the point person in portfolio operations providing resolutions in a timely and accurate manner. In this role, you will work cross-functionally, engaging with product management, operations and other internal stakeholders. You will work on issues and projects simultaneously so critical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to understand and prioritize to meet deadlines is a must to be successful.

The main responsibilities of a DATA REPORTING SPECIALIST include:

  • Perform and maintain accurate data entry while incorporating best practices to improve efficiencies
  • Maintain worksheet data tables (MS Excel) and provide updated tables and graphs to management on an ongoing basis, that may include but is not limited to Portfolio Performance, such as sales, revenue and loss calculations.
  • Strong proficiency in billing and vendor management, including managing PO against budget and management of invoices for payment.
  • Support updating account information and status in various operating systems in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • 2 years experience in Data Visualization and Reporting Analyst required. 
  • A high school diploma with minimum three years prior experience in the commercial lending or similar industry
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills interacting with teammates, and all levels of management.
  • Well-developed communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capability in problem solving.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage complex queries, and work within tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.


It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

  • Experience in the equipment finance or commercial working capital or banking industry
  • Certified in SAP
  • Proficient with, Fiserv, Oracle, and Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once.
