Job Summary:

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in the company’s system or database. The role requires attention to detail to ensure that all information encoded is correct and complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into the company’s system or database.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before encoding.
• Maintain and organize files and records.
• Verify encoded data to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
• Generate or assist in preparing reports when required.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding missing or incorrect information.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Business Administration, Office Administration, Information Technology, or any related course.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer applications.
• Good typing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
