JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Primarily responsible for evaluating and validating all submitted documentary requirements for motor vehicle registration.
• The VRS assesses if the unit documents meet all the necessary qualifications and regulatory requirements then encode into Excel File for reference in registration processing.
• The VRS collaborates with Internal and External Customers as necessary, to ensure a smooth and efficient processing interaction.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a Diploma-course graduate; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No prior experience required; experience in administrative work, data entry, or document processing is an advantage
• Familiarity with vehicle registration processes or LTO systems (e.g., LTMS) is a plus but not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy in document evaluation and data encoding
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry systems)
