About the role

Autobot Autoworks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Inventory Data Encoder to join our team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for accurately recording and maintaining detailed inventory data for our fast-paced warehousing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

• Meticulously enter and update inventory data in our systems, ensuring 100% accuracy
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations to maintain tight control over our inventory levels
• Assist with the implementation of inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient processing of goods in and out of the warehouse
• Provide reporting on inventory status, turnover, and other key metrics to support management decision-making
• Maintain detailed documentation and record-keeping to support audits and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a data entry, inventory control, or warehousing role
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work well under pressure
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
