KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and cross-check data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Validate and organize verified information into standardized master spreadsheets
- Conduct document reviews to resolve data discrepancies when necessary
- Report recurring data issues to support workflow improvements
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 1 year of BPO experience handling an international account
- Background in back-office support, document review, data entry, or related roles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
