• Ensure that all container movements in CY operations are encoded in the system and with proper documentation.
• Ensure all data being encoded in the System are accurate.
• Ensure timely issuance of EIR for incoming and outgoing containers.
• Ensure that all documents presented by client’s representatives are complete before releasing the containers.
• Ensure that all containers going out of the CY are cleared and with approved requests from the clients.
• Ensure accurate container location in system relating to the actual location inside CY.
• Ensure proper, orderly and timely filing of all operations documents
• Sends out regular inventory reports to the clients.
• Ensure that docs fees are processed correctly and accurately using POS system.

Qualifications

- Graduate of any 4 year-course

- Open to Fresh Graduates

- Willing to work in a shifting schedule

- Computer literate

Amenable to work in Port Area, Manila (Near Intramuros)
