Duties and Responsibilities

• Encode and update data into company databases and systems
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness before encoding
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks
• Coordinate with different departments regarding records and documentation
• Ensure confidentiality of all information and records
• Perform other clerical duties as assigned

Qualifications

• With experience in data encoding, administrative work, or office support is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in Manila
