Key Responsibilities:

• Encode and update student and office records into the university database.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of documents before data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality of academic and personal information.
• Organize digital and physical files for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports and summaries as requested by supervisors.
• Assist in administrative and clerical tasks.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding data corrections and updates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

▪ Graduate of Information Technology, Admin Management or related courses

▪ Must have a good understanding of marketing principles and office

management

▪ knowledge in MS Office Applications, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva
