- Identify the patients and input patients’ data to IDTOMIS
- Ask for valid IDs of the patients for IDTOMIS
- Perform fingerprint scanning on the patient
- Take a picture of the patient
- Double-check all records before saving for submission
- Save the data for specimen collection
- Record patients’ data in drug test receiving/releasing logbook
- Encode to IDTOMIS clients consent forms and specimen collection data including the code and tag for the initial screening of the analyst
- Coordinate with the DOH-assigned personnel for the concerns encountered in the system
- Maintain and secure patients’ records collected electronically or manually
- Ensure the on-time and proper disposal of patients’ forms and deletion of electronic data
- Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks
- Provide related task as required by the management
