Deployment Area: Makati Area

Client: BAJ Pharmaceutical

The Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, organizing, and maintaining data and records related to the client’s operations. The position requires fast typing skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately encode and update data into the company system
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy before encoding
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Generate reports using MS Word and MS Excel
• Ensure confidentiality of all encoded information
• Coordinate with team members regarding incomplete or incorrect data
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

• At least a 2-year course graduate
• Fast typing skills
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Shifting Schedule:

• 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Possible overtime as requested by the client
