- Accurately input and update data in the database
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
- Verify and review data for errors
- Coordinate with team members for data collection
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Follow company data entry policies and procedures
- Complete tasks within set deadlines
- Handles sales encoding.
- Daily Receivables
- Product reconciliation (Product Variance Report)
- Discuss various sales report to sales department
- Other jobs that may be assign from time to time

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in data structure, documentation standards, and advanced Excel skills.
