1. Responsible for the in-bound and out-bound logistics of merchandise, etc. Responsible for tracking all items, trade and non-trade, that is coming in and out of the stores and Distribution Center.

2. Count incoming stocks and reconcile it with requisitions. Records all inventory items received. Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures. Reports and resolves shortages, damages, non-conformances, and other discrepancies.

3. To check on variances received on all points of delivery (DC, stores, etc.), sequester need variance reports from the person in charge, and to provide all concerned department/s a copy.

4. Responsible for monitoring of stocks for pull-out, transfers and shipments in all store outlets. Direct the transportation and distribution of the merchandise. Coordinate with the store outlets regarding the status of delivery/pull out of merchandise.

5. To coordinate logistic concerns for all avenues of SSP, including but not limited to deliveries, transfers, pull-outs, return to suppliers, price tagging requesting barcodes from various department store customers and ensure proper documentation of each movement.

6. Arrange with the shipping company if the merchandise is for or coming from provincial stores. Do all the papers work and tracking of the shipment. Advise the store outlets about the conveyance of merchandise.

7. Monitor shipping schedule to ensure shipments are being made accurately and in a timely manner. Maintains accurate records and logs of all transfers and shipments.

8. Responsible for the delivery, requisition and pull out of store equipment such as fixtures, etc. Ordering of fixtures, check and verify the status and ensure these fixtures arrive in store in time for a sale, store opening or an event.

9. In charge of keeping records of these purchase orders, bring-in forms and pull-out forms, and coordinate it with all concerned department/s, and has to give records to Operations to adjust inventory accordingly.

10. Prepare delivery schedules, utilizing best routes and limit unnecessary transportation and logistics-related expenses, avoid double-handling at all movement points. Oversee daily deliveries and ensure scheduled deliveries are completed. This may require setting daily priorities.

11. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or any related course
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Preferably a resident of Meycauayan or Marilao, Bulacan
