Description

Encodes and monitors incoming and outgoing products.
Prepares reports for the supervisor regarding the products.
Files and maintains records that need to be stored and protected.
Assists with lifting and supporting production helpers.
Responsible for encoding the Finished Goods and Bad Stocks transactions in the system. Also ensures accuracy, correctness, and timely processing of transactions in the system.

Able to work under pressure and extended hours.
Exhibits the right attitude towards work, proactive, innovative, dependable, and results-oriented.
Ensures that all receiving and issuance for clients/principals are complete based on documents and in good quality condition.
Reports and creates incident reports for any damaged items.
Ensures daily monitoring and counting of stocks.
Ensures 100% inventory accuracy.
Reports on aging and slow-moving materials.
Records and files all documentation between the department and suppliers.
Ensures all documents for customer requests and stock transfers to other customers are prepared and complete.
Ensures all stocks are available upon request from clients/principals, departments, and customers.
Prepares and summarizes required reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Performs other related functions as assigned by the superior.
Complies with all government, customer, and client/principal safety, health, environment, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements

College graduates or those with some college education are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs is required.
At least one year of work experience in a logistics or warehousing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
A background in SAP is advantageous but not necessary.
Experience in a logistics company is a plus.
Flexibility and a pleasant personality are essential.
Willingness to undergo training is required.
A certificate of employment is necessary.
Punctuality and reliability are very important.
Physical fitness is required as this job involves manual lifting.
