Description

  • A Data Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various forms of data into a computer system or database. This role involves transferring information from physical documents, spreadsheets, or other sources into a digital format while ensuring data integrity and accuracy. A Data Encoder may also need to verify and correct data, perform regular backups, and assist in the generation of reports

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in data management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with data entry software.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information.
