Description
A Data Encoder is responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems or databases. They ensure data integrity and accuracy while organizing information efficiently for easy retrieval and processing.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry is a plus
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Basic knowledge of database management systems is advantageous
