  • Accurately encode data into the company's databases and software systems.
  • Review and verify data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
  • Update and maintain data records regularly.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to identify and correct errors.
  • Organize and maintain files and documents related to data entries.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirement

  • Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in data encoding, data entry, or a related role.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work on-site.
