Hiring - Data Scientist and AI Specialist - Manila - BGC

Objective: 

Uncovers actionable insights from complex datasets and develops intelligent algorithms to automate business processes. Build machine learning models, implement end-to-end AI pipelines, and translate technical data into strategic recommendations for stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities - Spearhead the following:

Data Preparation: Extract, clean, and pre-process vast amounts of structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models to predict outcomes and classify data.

AI Integration: Build scalable AI pipelines and collaborate with software teams to integrate AI/ML functionalities into production platforms.

Analysis & Visualization: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and develop executive-level dashboards to monitor performance and ROI.

Model Monitoring: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance to ensure operational reliability.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

Programming & Tools: Advanced proficiency in Python, R, and SQL. Experience with ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas).

Cloud & MLOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML platforms.

Soft Skills: Excellent critical thinking and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
