KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting & SC Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, VAS cost tracker, MSL report, ERP report, Returns, Logistics Claims, etc.

Execute order fulfillment tasks: order entry, order tracking and delivery confirmation, coordinate with logistics partners, warehouse teams, and customer service to resolve issues.

Must be proficient in Excel, have experience in creating dashboards and reports, and have experience in SAP (S/4 Hana preferred).

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate of any 4 years course

At least 1–2 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role (experience in logistics/SC is an advantage).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards).

Experience in SAP S/4 Hana is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and coordination skills.
