Job Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources.
• Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
• Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Update and maintain company databases and records.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather required information.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
• Support the Data Analyst in daily reporting and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or data encoding is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); knowledge of Power BI or Google Sheets is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data and prepare meaningful reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite.
