Job Summary

The Junior Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation, reporting, and documentation processes. This role supports operational and project workflows by identifying discrepancies, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Maintain documentation and audit records for validation activities
• Ensure workflows comply with regulatory and organizational standards
• Support continuous improvement of data validation and reporting processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Experience in data validation, data cleaning, and report preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
