Description

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to create and maintain management information system (MIS) reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver insights that support decision-making.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI and MS Excel for data visualization and reporting purposes.
• Develop and automate VBA scripts to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data in reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or reporting.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MIS, Power BI, MS Excel, and VBA. Experience in BPO/Call Center reporting is a plus.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present data findings effectively.
• Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
