Data Analyst

• Collect, clean, integrate, and prepare data from multiple sources such as retail POS, e-commerce platforms, CRM, supply-chain, marketing campaigns, and regional market reports.
• Collect and consolidate reports from Area Supervisors to create monthly reports.
• Perform commission and incentive computations for sales and beauty advisor teams across retail and e-commerce channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain commission calculation templates, dashboards, and automated workflows to streamline monthly processes.
• Work closely with Finance and Sales departments to verify sales data, eligibility, and payout alignment with company policies.
• Reconcile computed commissions with finance records and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with LUXASIA’s data governance standards.
• Consolidate brand rankings for all stores.

Qualifications:

• Open to male or female applicants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Lookup formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP)
• Conditional formulas (SUMIF, MATCH)
• Able to read, understand, and edit existing formulas within templates.
