Position: Senior Research Data Analyst

Company Industry: IT Company

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (Shifting)

Salary: Php 80,000- Php 120,000 gross + Benefits

Work Set Up: Hybrid (3x in office, 2x wfh)

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or any related quantitative field.

At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, research, or quantitative analysis.

Strong skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) and advanced Excel for data handling and analysis.

Experience in managing projects from start to finish, preferably in financial services or investment banking.

Strong understanding of finance, with good analytical and communication skills to explain data insights clearly.

Responsibilities:

Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Use predictive analytics and AI tools for forecasting and modeling.

Validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Manage end-to-end project delivery with internal teams and clients.

Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders and support junior team members when needed.
