Responsibilities

• Support IT teams in meeting SOX and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist with execution of IT controls and compliance processes.
• Develop, enforce, and improve IT policies and standards.
• Track and manage compliance issues, exceptions, and remediation plans.
• Partner with auditors to validate compliance controls.
• Conduct third-party risk assessments across business units.
• Perform compliance reviews for IT projects, focusing on security, privacy, and controls.
• Apply critical thinking and collaborate to improve compliance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP.
• 4–6 years of relevant IT compliance or risk management experience.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and integrity.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills (ITGC environment).
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies: networking, servers, endpoints, cloud, SAP, change management tools.
• Ability to integrate IT compliance into business processes.
• Proficiency in regulatory frameworks: SOX, GDPR, ISO, NIST, COBIT.
