HIRING: CUSTOMS DECLARANT

Key Responsibilities

• Perform classification, lodgement, and duty/tax computation for import/export shipments.

• Prepare Pre-SAD, CCC, and permit documentation in compliance with customs laws.

• Edit PL/invoice, scan, and upload portal documents to meet BOC requirements.

• Coordinate with processors for lodgement and escalate delays/issues to the Account Officer or Operations Manager.

• Encode customs data into operations sheets and provide duty/tax estimates for client quotations.

• Maintain compliance with BOC regulations and ensure proper documentation for smooth clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• Licensed Customs Broker preferred.

• 2–3 years of experience in customs declaration or related field.

• Strong technical knowledge of customs laws, duty computation, and portal systems.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive, BOC Portal, and Google Sheets.

• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.

• Compliance-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented attitude.

Working Conditions

• Office-based role at the Paranaque city.

• May require extended hours during peak operations, client negotiations, or urgent shipments.

• Handles sensitive client and operational data with high confidentiality

• Regular coordination with internal teams (Import Staff, Delivery Coordinator, Accounting, HR) and external stakeholders (Clients, Suppliers, Government Agencies).
