Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with customs clearance procedures.

Ability to negotiate with carriers and service providers.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule air export shipments.

Prepare and verify export documentation and customs paperwork.

Communicate with freight forwarders, airlines, and customs officials.

Track shipments and resolve transit issues promptly.

Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.

Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers.

Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions.

Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to meet delivery deadlines.

Monitor air freight schedules and capacity.

Provide regular updates to clients and management.
