We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of customs clearance for our company's imported and exported goods. This role requires a strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs laws, and tariff classifications. The Customs Representative will act as a key liaison between our company, customs authorities, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods across borders.

• Customs Clearance: Prepare and submit accurate and complete customs declarations and documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) to customs authorities.
• Compliance: Ensure all import and export activities comply with national and international customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements.
• Tariff Classification: Accurately classify goods using the Harmonized System (HS) and other applicable tariff schedules to determine correct duties and taxes.
• Documentation Management: Maintain and organize all customs-related records, including import/export files, licenses, permits, and correspondence.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related discipline.
• Less than one year of experience in a customs, logistics, or related role.
• Strong understanding of customs processes and regulations is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
