Trade Compliance Operations Officer

Location: BGC, Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate global trade and compliance operations within assigned country or region.

- Ensure import and export documents comply with legal and fiscal requirements.

- Validate and process transactional data for cross-border filings and clearance.

- Execute and complete medium-impact global trade and compliance projects.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

- Monitor and analyze compliance KPIs for the assigned location.

- Independently resolve moderately complex issues and escalate when necessary.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Knowledge of foreign exchange controls.

- Additional qualifications may apply

- Customs Broker License or equivalent (strongly preferred).

- Experience in SAP and global trade services.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
